A good consultation is the first step
We want you to feel that you are being reliably looked after by us at all times. That is why we not only accompany you on your way in an advisory capacity, but also stand by your side as an open and transparent partner right from the start. Because the relationship of trust that we build together is the best basis for successful treatment.
The plan below shows the process from the first appointment to the visit to the practice to any resulting fertility treatment here at the clinic. Our combination of telephone information, diagnostics and initial consultation, which forms the basis for a possible later treatment, has proven itself.
Consult first, treat later
1.Appointment
If you are coming for treatment for the first time, we will first arrange an appointment for an informative telephone consultation, including taking your medical history. Please call us, send us an email or conveniently book your initial appointment online.
2.Clarificatory telephone call / medical history
We will call you to take your medical history. Based on the information you provide, we can assign you to the appropriate specialist and plan your diagnostics optimally.
3.Initial consultation / check-up
During the initial consultation, we will address your concerns, review your documents and discuss the basic requirements for treatment. During the check-up, we will take a blood sample and, if necessary, analyse the male patient's sperm quality.
4.Second consultation / treatment planning
As soon as the results of your blood and, if applicable, semen analysis are available and there are no reasons not to proceed with treatment, you will have a detailed consultation with your doctor. The doctor will explain the medical options available to you, ideally identify the optimal treatment option for you and answer any questions you may have (duration approx. 30 minutes).
5.Start of treatment
If you agree with the proposed treatment option and your questions are clarified, your fertility treatment can begin promptly. We will plan the next dates together and inform you about all details. The duration and extent of your treatment will depend on the procedure and the course of treatment.
