Good evening. In preparation for our next ICSI, I have to take Synarela nasal spray morning and night. The package insert says to clean the tip of the nasal spray under warm water before and after each use. This means that if you are "on the go", you can't just take the spray with you. Is it bad to take the spray half an hour later when you just do not have a tap within reach beforehand? Or is it better to spray every 12 hours, even if you can't clean the spray then and clean the bottle at home later? Thanks for your reply (and sorry for the stupid question - but I'm so unsure and do not want to get anything wrong).

Hi, deviations of up to one hour in the application are ok. Since you are only using the nasal spray alone, it is ultimately okay to cleanse after use, with best regards your PAN Institute.
