Good afternoon, as soon as my period starts, I start hormone injections for my ICSI stimulation on the 2nd day of my cycle. I was told that if the period doesn't start until the evening, only the next day counts as the 1st day of the cycle. What does evening mean exactly? Is there a specific time of day as a limit? Good evening. We will probably start ICSI soon. I'm supposed to be on the pill for a month beforehand. I have Hashimoto's syndrome, which is currently fairly well controlled. How often should I have the values checked while taking the pill and the subsequent stimulation. Thank you very much for your reply.

Dear PAN Team, I had an HCG value of 39 on PU+11 and 630 on PU+15. I got a blastocyst from the artificial cryocycle (I do not know the quality, the doctor just said it was "nice"). Thereby my value doubles daily and not every 2 days. I'm already above that on the known HCG charts and if this keeps up, even more. Isn't my reading too high or doubling way too fast? I'm worried that something is wrong and the rapid rise may indicate that the trend is not intact. Best regards and thank you for your reply.

Hi, I went to see Dr. Pütz today and have been instructed to induce ovulation by injection tomorrow. A frozen oocyte is transferred. Isn't it a day late? Normally the transfer takes place on the 5th day and not on the 6th day after ovulation. Let's look at the data... 10.04. Start of the cycle 10.04.-18.04. Taking CLOMIFEN 20.04. Hi, team, I'm starting stimulation today. Unfortunately, I neglected to ask for my blood results yesterday and am now afraid to start since I do not have the results. After the ultrasound yesterday, I was told to use the shot tonight. Can I risk it without knowing the blood results? I would greatly appreciate a brief response. Greetings Marie

I have (due to secondary amenorrhea stimulated with menogon) in the first attempt at 40 a healthy daughter, but now tried 6 months unsuccessfully with GVnP, in January after first IVF (3 oocytes after 0.375 menogon) silent miscarriage (8th week). I'd try again, but I'm 44 now, AMH low, few antral follicles - realistically there's little chance now, is there? Thank you for your assessment.

Hi, I have a question about Menogon. My menogon from my last attempt expired 6 months ago. My doctor said I could still use it. I also called the manufacturer again and they said I had to dispose of it. What is your opinion on this? We are only self-pay and the drug is very expensive. Can the effectiveness of Menogon be affected or are there serious side effects if I inject the expired Menogon?

Hi, I stimulated with Gonal-F and Orgalutran and induced ES with Ovitrelle. Wednesday was my puncture and Monday is supposed to be the transfer. What happens after the transfer? Heard something about an HCG shot..is this injected daily from transfer on? As with stimulation, is there an option to have it administered at your clinic? Thank you. With best regards

Hi I have stimulated with an insemination with Menopur 150 units daily until now. A follicle has grown in the process. My doctor wants to try letrozole. I've been thinking. That Letrozole doesn't work for me at all when I already have so few follicles under 15p Menopur. What are your experiences and what would you recommend.
