Hi PAN team, I am 36 years old and would like to try to improve the quality of EZ with the support of nutritional supplements. I have read a lot about it on the internet pimp my oocytes ;-). Can I do anything wrong with it or even make the next attempt worse with it? I would like to take ubiquinol 200 mg tomorrow, folic acid 800 mg, selenium 200 mg, Zinc 25 mg at noon, Omega 3 1000 mg, DHEA 25 mg at night and 200 mg magnesium for about 4-5 months. Would that be ok or is there something missing and how often should I have my blood work checked. Many thanks and best regards: -)

Dear practice team, I got pregnant after an ICSI. Your final report says I have Famenita and Progynova until the end of week 10. I'm supposed to take it. I'm in 10+1 today, which is the beginning of 11th grade. SSW and as of this morning I am no longer taking the two medications. But now I'm suddenly afraid that it was too soon and too abrupt. Was it okay to drop him off? Thank you very much for a short feedback.

Hi I have stimulated with an insemination with Menopur 150 units daily until now. A follicle has grown in the process. My doctor wants to try letrozole. I've been thinking. That Letrozole doesn't work for me at all when I already have so few follicles under 15p Menopur. What are your experiences and what would you recommend.

Hi, I stimulated with Gonal-F and Orgalutran and induced ES with Ovitrelle. Wednesday was my puncture and Monday is supposed to be the transfer. What happens after the transfer? Heard something about an HCG shot..is this injected daily from transfer on? As with stimulation, is there an option to have it administered at your clinic? Thank you. With best regards

Hi, I have a question about Menogon. My menogon from my last attempt expired 6 months ago. My doctor said I could still use it. I also called the manufacturer again and they said I had to dispose of it. What is your opinion on this? We are only self-pay and the drug is very expensive. Can the effectiveness of Menogon be affected or are there serious side effects if I inject the expired Menogon?

I have (due to secondary amenorrhea stimulated with menogon) in the first attempt at 40 a healthy daughter, but now tried 6 months unsuccessfully with GVnP, in January after first IVF (3 oocytes after 0.375 menogon) silent miscarriage (8th week). I'd try again, but I'm 44 now, AMH low, few antral follicles - realistically there's little chance now, is there? Thank you for your assessment.

Hi, team, I'm starting stimulation today. Unfortunately, I neglected to ask for my blood results yesterday and am now afraid to start since I do not have the results. After the ultrasound yesterday, I was told to use the shot tonight. Can I risk it without knowing the blood results? I would greatly appreciate a brief response. Greetings Marie

Hi, I went to see Dr. Pütz today and have been instructed to induce ovulation by injection tomorrow. A frozen oocyte is transferred. Isn't it a day late? Normally the transfer takes place on the 5th day and not on the 6th day after ovulation. Let's look at the data... 10.04. Start of the cycle 10.04.-18.04. Taking CLOMIFEN 20.04.
