Good morning. my husband and I unfortunately completed our second ICSI attempt with the result that no oocytes could be fertilised. Our next consultation regarding next steps will be in mid-March. Can we possibly find out earlier (by telephone) for what reasons the insemination did not work? This question has been hovering over us since the results came in and it is very grueling. Thank you.

I am 33 years old and have now had 1 ICSI and 1 cryo of 2 embryos each, both unsuccessful. I have read that some women are even transferred 3 embryos. Under what conditions is this done in the PAN clinic? Do you have to be at least 35 years old or have a specific number of unsuccessful attempts behind you?

If the health insurance company covers 100% of the costs and all three of them have failed, I can then get my entire patient file copied and can pick it up in person.

Dear Pan Team, I have learned from an acquaintance that in the case of a miscarriage, the ICSI attempt must be actively credited to the health insurance. Is that right? She said I needed the treatment plan and diagnosis from the hospital. The treatment plan is at your home. Can I just come and pick it up? Does it have to be done promptly at all or can it still happen when you tackle the next ICSI (we'd like to do it in the spring then). Many thanks.

Dear PAN Team, fortunately, after a cryo attempt, I have now arrived at 11+4. Now your last letter said to take utrogest and estradiol after 12 weeks. You should wean her in the first trimester. My OB said to start it at 12 weeks and then slowly phase it out. Now I'm afraid that I might take it too long (estradiol) and on the other hand I'm afraid that stopping it might lead to a miscarriage. Perhaps you can ease my fears a little. Many thanks.

Hi team, I am about to go through menopause and would like to have a last minute kiwu treatment. However, I always have light spotting every cycle right after ovulation. Is this normal before menopause or does it indicate something more serious? Is a kiwi treatment useful at all? Have only ever imaged 1 follicle unfortunately, have already had ultrasound done.
