Hi, I have my SST blood test with you early next week. I tested positive yesterday with an early test, but have had light spotting since this morning. Should I get this checked out or wait until the blood work? Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, I am eight weeks pregnant and taking 800mg of progesterone vaginally daily. Progesterone level is 16. Is that low? I read in bed that it should be around 20. Should I up the Urogest?

Dear PAN team, I am 41 years old and we have a healthy daughter at the age of 38 (1. Cryo after MA of the 3. ICSI fresh transfer). We still have a blastocyst on ice plus 2 more fertilised oocytes in the pronuclear stage. Another ICSI is out of the question for us - if we are lucky, it will work out again through cryo(s). Now to my question: What are our chances? Is it a problem that there are already three years between the last pregnancy and the - hopefully - next one? Is my age a problem? The oocytes are actually younger. Is there anything in particular we need to watch out for in this run-up? Thank you very much for your answer.

Hi, I had an abortion at SSW 7+0 after ICSI with an inserted cell. Departure was natural and within a week bleeding. We have another blastocyst on ice. How long do I have to wait before it can be used?

Hi, we have already had two ICSI tests with negative results. I'm 39 now, my husband 38. My AMH is 0.28, FSH is 13. He limited spermiogram, but for ICSI always luxurious situation. In the first attempt, 2 oocytes were punctured, one could be fertilised and on day 3 as a 10B transfer. Second try: Puncture of only one oocyte, transfer on day 2 as 4A. After the two attempts coagulation diagnostics as well as human genetics, all without findings. What would you recommend for our third, final attempt?

Hi team, On 27.11.17 I was implanted with two embryos. Today I tested with an early pregnancy test (10 miuml) and it is negative. Shouldn't this one have responded by now if it was working?

Hi team, After several negative ICSI I always got my period after about 4 days after stopping the medication. The same applies to the last ICSI. Now I'm expecting my period in the 2nd trimester. Cycle. Cycle day 34 no bleeding or signs. On day 33, the pregnancy test was negative. Could it still be related to the medication? Always have a cycle of 27,28 days and are always on time. LG
