Hi, I am quite unsure whether I took 2 x Famenita on the evening of the transfer or not. The next morning (today) I continued taking it normally as prescribed. Could forgetting to take it once cause a miscarriage?

Duphaston after puncture

Dear practice team, after the puncture of 17 oocytes no transfer should take place. I'm supposed to take Duphoston now. Doesn't that only make sense if you are planning on doing the cryo transfer? With best regards

Menogon

02. August 2021

Hi, I usually stimulate with Menogon 75 units from the third day of the cycle and then have intercourse as scheduled. Normally, ovulation occurs on the 12th or 13th day of the cycle. Now I'm supposed to increase the dose to 150 units daily. I'm supposed to be in ninth. Do you think that is enough or could ovulation occur on the seventh or eighth day of the cycle? I'm 42 years old and I'm worried about missing ovulation.

Progynova during pregnancy

02. August 2021

Dear practice team, I have now read that the drugs Progynova, progesterone etc. must continue to be taken even after embryo transfer, but the package leaflet says "do not take during pregnancy" - how can this contradiction be explained? Thank you very much for your reply.

Lady's mantle tea after the transfer?

02. August 2021

Dear practice team, I have read contradictory information on the net about lady's mantle tea and ICSI. On the one hand, it is said that the tea supports implantation. On the other hand, it is not recommended because it would reduce the effect of hormonal preparations. What's your opinion? Transfer was today and I'm taking Progynova and Faminita. Many thanks and best regards

Pill only or progestin

02. August 2021

Good afternoon, I have to do the long protocol next time. I'm supposed to do this in 2. Half of the pre-cycle take Primolut and then Synarela. Now I read that you can take the full pre-cycle pill instead, not just the progestin to Synarela. Which is better? Many thanks and best regards

What blood values

02. August 2021

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen. on 8.9. I have my blood work checked every cycle day. I'm guessing it's E2 and LH or are there other hormones that are relevant to the kiwi centre? Would the measured concentration of these hormones in the stimulated IVF cycle differ from that in the natural IVF cycle if only one follicle containing one oocyte matures in both? (extreme POF) Thank you very much and best regards
