Ivf after sterilisation

Hi. I am 34 years old and so is my husband. I am sterilised and we want another child so badly. I already have 3 healthy children 8,2,3 years. I have been taking Olanzapine 5mg for postpartum depression since my first child in 2011 and it is doing me good and I also took it with my children 2 and 3 during pregnancy. Everything went well, no abnormalities. Now we have decided to go for ivf fertilisation as refertilisation is not possible for me. I am to be treated with Puregon 120 units per day and then 0.25 Cetroids to prevent ovulation. I have been severely overweight since 2011. 110kg at a height of 166 cm, yet I always got pregnant right away and also eat a healthy and balanced diet. The genetic findings for my husband and me were all positive and the spermiogram was very positive. My question. Can the olanzapine be used in combination with Puregon or can I then have a disabled child? And in general, I've read that IFF kids are more likely to have illnesses or disabilities. Can they agree to that. Even if we're genetically sound? Or since I already have 3 healthy children and everything is fine with us health wise and only the steri came between, can I have a healthy child through ivf too? You see, it keeps me very busy. With me also only one embryo is inserted, since we both, my husband and I, are probably still very fertile, only I am sterile. Love and thanks. N. G
