Cryo after three years sibling

Dear PAN team, I am 41 years old and we have a healthy daughter at the age of 38 (1. Cryo after MA of the 3. ICSI fresh transfer). We still have a blastocyst on ice plus 2 more fertilised oocytes in the pronuclear stage. Another ICSI is out of the question for us - if we are lucky, it will work out again through cryo(s). Now to my question: What are our chances? Is it a problem that there are already three years between the last pregnancy and the - hopefully - next one? Is my age a problem? The oocytes are actually younger. Is there anything in particular we need to watch out for in this run-up? Thank you very much for your answer.

Answer:

Hi, the cryopreserved cells do not age, so your SS chance is like 3 years ago. For a detailed preparation please contact your treatment doctor, good luck, with best regards your PAN team
