This accessibility statement applies to the website of MVZ PAN INSTITUT GmbH published at https://www.mvz-pan-institut.de/.

As a company, we strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSGV) implementing EU Directive 2019/882.

The assessment of compliance with the requirements is based on an evaluation carried out using a software tool (Stark).

The barriers and deficiencies listed below are not compliant with the applicable legal accessibility requirements:

  • Plain language: No content is currently provided in plain language or sign language.
  • Multilingualism: The website is currently available in German and partially also in English.
  • Technical terms: Non-German words, such as technical terms, are not marked accordingly.
  • PDF downloads: We strive to provide all PDF files in an accessible format or to replace them with accessible alternatives. However, especially for older documents, the original source files are not always available, meaning these documents cannot be subsequently made accessible.
