Questions before treatment

Hi, I have had a transfer and am now 6 weeks but do not know if I am pregnant because I do not dare to test.... I have slight signs but that doesn't make me sure enough.... so far always came in def 6 week light bleeding despite progynova and utrogest, can the medication stop the bleeding completely or is there hope i am pregnant after all? I know I should test and then discard, but after 8 unsuccessful attempts and my last oocyte, I've become such a coward. I had a 4 cell A quality put in. Is there even a chance? Thanks a lot
