Questions before treatment

Hi, my husband has just been diagnosed with cryptozoospermia through a spermiogram, so I guess only artificial insemination is an option. How long does it take from now (decision to go to a kiwu clinic) to the start of the actual treatment (probably the administration of hormones to mature the oocytes) (i.e. paperwork, waiting for appointments, physical exams, etc.)? And is a second spermiogram absolutely necessary if the first one was really very bad? If so, when is the earliest time for a second spermiogram? Thank you very much and best regards.
