Questions before treatment

Progynova 2mg - Progynova 21 mite 1mg

Hi, I am currently still taking Progynova 2mg which I am supposed to take until 12 ssw. So 2morges and 2evenings.... now they prescribed me progynova 21 mite 1mg and i wanted to ask if i should take 4mornings and 4evenings? I am currently in the 10ssw.
