Monk's pepper and acupuncture instead of clomiphene or letrozole?

Good day. My gynecologist recommends me with known autoimmune thyroiditis and PCO syndrome to fulfill the desire for children first acupuncture and clomiphene to regulate the very long cycle. I am 34 years old and we have been trying to have a child for just under a year. What do you think of this proposal? Thank you for your advice.
