Endometriosis

Hi, I was diagnosed with endometriosis after a laparoscopy. In this context, I have made an appointment with you for the determination of hormone levels and a spermiogram. Now I would be interested to know if the blood draw and spermiogram will cost anything? Many thanks and best regards
