Questions before treatment

Desire to have children with PCOS and Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Dear Sirs, I am 34 years old and would like to have a child. I have been known to have PCOS and Hashimoto's thyroiditis for many years. Since I stopped taking the pill a few months ago, my period has been absent. My gynecologist had some blood values determined; the TSH value and the values for oocyte maturation are conspicuous. Is this a situation that already justifies fertility treatment at your centre or is it sufficient to continue treatment with your gynaecologist? Thank you for your reply and best regards
