Questions before treatment

Cycle length

Dear medical team, we would like to have a child. The spermiogram is good. I have had shortened cycles for some time now. I used to always have a 28 to 30 day cycle. I now have cycles of 26 days. One ovulation has been, I measure that with ovulation tests. Can you even get pregnant on a 26 day cycle? Is 26 days normal? I was under the assumption that you had to have at least a 28 day cycle to even get pregnant?

Answer:

Hi cycles, cycles of 26 days are quite normal. A cycle length of 26 days is not a reason for not getting pregnant, with best regards
