Bryophyllum in addition to support

Hi. I have read that Bryophyllum has a positive effect on pregnancy rate and also in pregnancy on preterm labour. Do you have any experience with this? Can I maybe take this in addition? I've already had one miscarriage and if it can prevent preterm labour and help a lot else, that would be great.
